Prevention is better than cure is an age old saying, but in today's fast paced world, we think about a hundred things at once and try to get them all completed at the same time and in this process we tend to forget to take care of ourselves. While there are numerous products available in the market to improve the external appearance and people do spend some effort to ensure they look good and confident however oral hygiene is given very less priority and is often ignored.
